General Terms and Conditions for personal shoppers
1. Right to exchange or return goods bought at outofthebluegifts.co.uk
You have the right to return all goods within 14 days of delivery. For the return address please see the invoice enclosed with the order.
To comply with this time limit, all you need to do is to send a return request within the 14-day period by post to:

Returned goods bought online cancels the contract and your payment, credit or debit card will be refunded once the delivered goods have been returned. Should the goods show signs of use or damage on return, we reserve the right to claim for compensation.
2. Reservation of ownership
Goods remain the property of Out of the Blue Gifts until payment has been received in full
3. Payment, due date, failure to pay
Should your credit, debit card or cheque have insufficient funds or credit, we reserve the right to invoice you for the costs incurred in making requests for payment.
Shipping & Returns.
1. Delivery
We undertake to deliver your order within 28 days.
Most orders are despatched from stock within 1 - 2 days of order.
If you have an urgent requirement for delivery please mention this at the time of order and we will endeavour to fulfil the delivery within your requirements.
2. Delivery costs
Our delivery charge is £4.99 per order for orders up to 35kg. If you anticipate that your order will be more than this, please contact us. This covers the packaging, delivery and postage costs. These costs will be visible to you as you use the shopping cart.
1. Damage in transit
If goods delivered to you have been damaged in transit Out of the Blue will cover the risk of transportation. Return the goods using the (Conditions) Right to exchange or return goods bought at outofthebluegifts.co.uk.
3. Delivery proviso
Deliveries can be made whilst stocks last. If the product you have asked for is temporally unavailable, you will be advised of an anticipated date when the item will be back in stock or offered an alternative product. In this case if payment has been made, you will be offered a complete refund if you wish to cancel the order.
